Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.thevibestore.in. We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Dispatch

All domestic orders are dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are as follows. These are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Metro & Tier 1 Cities

2–5 business days after dispatch. Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata & more.

Tier 2 Cities

3–7 business days after dispatch. Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, Nagpur, Bhopal, Vadodara & more.

Tier 3 Cities

4–10 business days after dispatch. Smaller cities and towns across India.

Remote Areas

7–20 business days after dispatch. North East India, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed on the product or cart page.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment on our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner’s website.

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@thevibestore.in.

Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts before marking a shipment as undeliverable. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the shipment will be returned to us.

In such cases, you will be notified and re-delivery may be arranged at an additional shipping charge. If re-delivery is not requested within 7 days, we may process a partial refund after deducting forward and reverse shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@thevibestore.in with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
