This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from The Vibe Store (the “Site”).

- Technology Platform Provider: CodeVue.io (a brand of Perseid Group Holdings), which develops and maintains this website and its underlying infrastructure. CodeVue.io processes anonymised website analytics data on our behalf as a data processor and does not use your personal data for any purpose beyond operating this website.
- Trusted Service Partners: Such as payment processors and email service providers, strictly for fulfilling your order and always subject to confidentiality obligations.

4. Behavioural Advertising

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. Device Information collected through analytics tools is retained in accordance with the respective platform’s data retention settings.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
